Shipping Policy
At Urban Animal, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle and ship your orders.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- The product prices are inclusive of all shipping costs.
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Once the sample is collected, the sample will be picked-up within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Urban Animal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- In case of lost/damaged product during shipping, Urban animal will provide a replacement kit.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently do not ship outside the United States. For international customers, please contact our support team for assistance with orders.
Incorrect Address:
- Urban Animal is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or missing information provided during checkout. If an incorrect address was provided, please contact us immediately at support@urbananimal.co.in.
